About
Leadbot is a Claude-based assistant for real-estate agencies. It answers first in Avito chats, asks one question at a time, learns the purchase goal, area, budget, timing and payment method, and collects a phone number and a convenient call time.
The finished lead arrives as a card in the managers’ Telegram group, and the bot goes silent. Nothing to train: the agency’s knowledge and tone of voice live in three text files.
