A digital counterpart of a paper contract that the parties sign together. Every clause moves from draft to vote to agreed or rejected; once a vote starts the text is immutable, and the edit history is append-only.
Participants join by link and PIN, the host by email and password; roles are enforced by database rules, not by buttons in the interface. Per-clause comments, a room chat, three languages and Markdown export.
