Notification Voice is made for the road and busy hands: the app listens to notifications from selected messengers, parses the sender and the text and reads them aloud, switching between Russian and English voices automatically.
You can reply by voice: the app asks “Send?”, waits for “yes” and sends through the system quick reply. Rules for when to speak — headphones, screen, quiet hours — and protection against repeats. A personal tool, not published in stores.
